About ME
As a recently retired hospital CEO, I understand the challenges we are facing in today's healthcare system. My experience spans almost 40 years across BC and Ontario, in executive roles covering acute care, tertiary and provincial services and community care. I specialize in organizational design, leadership and integrated systems. As a trained Coactive coach, I can support both individuals and teams to improve their performance and meet challenges head-on.

1:1 Coaching
Personal coaching for executives, with an emphasis on those working in the health and social services sector. These regular one hour virtual coaching sessions can be scheduled at intervals that meet the needs of the executive and include a free introduction session to determine partnership fit, as well as confidential written summaries of each session.
